Can I make modifications to the floor plans?
While the structural elements of our floor plans remain standard, Springmoor offers various customization options for finishes and features. Depending on the residence type and availability, you may select from different cabinetry styles, countertop materials, flooring options, and paint colors. Our design team can discuss specific possibilities during your tour.
What is included in the monthly fee for each residence?
Monthly fees at Springmoor include more than just your beautiful living space. Your fee covers all utilities, housekeeping service, interior and exterior maintenance, scheduled transportation, 24-hour security, and access to all community amenities, including our state-of-the-art Pathways Wellness Center. Additionally, as a Life Plan Community, Springmoor provides guaranteed access to higher levels of care should your needs change.
