Rehabilitation

The rehabilitation program at Springmoor focuses on personalized, goal-directed therapy designed specifically for each resident. Through comprehensive initial assessments, our licensed therapists develop individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and challenges.

Each rehabilitation plan begins with establishing clear objectives based on the resident’s current abilities and desired outcomes. Progress is carefully monitored and treatment plans are adjusted as needed to ensure the most effective path to recovery and improved function.
